| Christmas Lights Gunwharf Quays |
Portsmouth seems to love making a whole event for basically everything, even for switching the Christmas lights on. But i was curious about it so i went to Gunwharf to check it out. When i arrived i saw the dark hula acrobatics performing. It wasn't anything special but it was fun for the little kids cause they let them try the hula hoops. After that i saw the group 'Girls R Aloud', which is (as you have probably already figured out) a cover group of Girls Aloud. And then i knew it was time for me to leave :) But i stayed with Rachel and Jennifer until they actually switched on all the Christmas lights and it was beautiful to watch. But i wouldn't recommend you to go all the way to Gunwharf just for that (i had guitar lessons before so i was in the neighbourhood). After that "event" you can see those lights every time you go to Gunwharf Quays.
