(Almost) every Tuesday i go with Tom to the Pool & Snooker Society, located next to the H&M on Commercial Road. For those who love to play pool it may be interesting to know what it's about. Well, to join you only have to pay £5, but every night (it's every Tuesday from 7.30 till 10.30) you want to play you have to pay £2. That's not much to play a whole evening of course. But i've you have the intention to play only a few times with friends, it may be better to play in a pub. In some of them, like in the One Eyed Dog, you can play for free! If you want to play professional you definitely have to join this society cause they always ask if someone is up for competition. Oh and a huge tip if you're going to join: look up the rules! Cause they all play it differently and that leads to discussions sometimes...
