"Spooky Space" Fireworks

This night, the night before Halloween, Gunwharf quays was the place to be if you wanted to listen to the sound of Echoes of Floyd - a tribute band of Pink Floyd - and see beautiful fireworks with background soundtracks from sci-fi films including War of the Worlds, Star Wars and Mars Attacks to create a bombastic atmosphere.

Too bad i didn't know the fireworks already started around 7.30 pm. I thought it would be around midnight, but found out it didn't when i saw the fireworks far away in the sky while i was walking towards Gunwharf Quays - to pick up two of my best friends who came all the way from Belgium to visit me! -... Oh well it's probably not the only fireworks i will see in Portsmouth, the people here seem to love fireworks :)

Apparently Gunwharf Quays also has a facebook page where you can find all the information about their events, so i recommend you to join that page if you don't want to miss out on things.
